Spread a little Love

Today IES spread a lot of love in Eskilstuna. The 14th of February campaign is one of our Love Week celebrations. Our Diplomats and Ambassadors sold hundreds of hearts at Fristadstorget, Fröslunda mötesplats and the main entrance of Senior School throughout the day.

Students and the community wrote messages, on each heart purchased, about the real meaning of the word love and Eskilstuna Radio 92,7FM broadcast a selection of messages, proudly read out by our Diplomats, every hour. A splendid display of colourful hearts spread love at each venue.

The money raised is being donated to Härberget, the local shelter in town for those in dire need. Our Diplomats worked tirelessly in the freezing cold while our talented musicians performed a beautiful medley of love songs for everyone visiting Fristadstorget.
