In October we were proud to announce that Internationella Engelska Skolan had the best school in Sweden in the DN Nutidsorientering and here in Eskilstuna we had great success being the best school, having the best class and the best student in Sörmland.

Ellen Åskag from class 8A was the best student and the reward for winning the DN Nutidsorientering was to receive an award from Queen Silvia of Sweden at the Royal Palace of Stockholm. She also got to eat lunch with Jan Björklund, the Swedish educational minister and later during the evening she attended the Nobel Prize ceremony followed by the Nobel dinner.
